👋 Hey everyone!

It has been quite a hectic few months for the MineGlobe team. We have been super focused on pushing bug fixes and QoL (quality of life) updates to all of our realms throughout 2023!

We've realized how many bugs and issues the server has had over the last few months, and it is difficult to continuously improve the server and resolve the bugs the server faces.

While it is unfortunate that we have not released any new features or custom items since the Valentines Set, we hope what we have in store for the (near) future will make up for it, so stay tuned!

With that said, let's get review some of the bigger updates we have had, and then some bug fixes!

🎉 Daily Reward System Upgrades

• You now get a message detailing what your daily reward is when you claim it.
• Added a daily reward preview menu so that you can see what future rewards will be.
• You can now see when your streak will expire from the daily reward menu.
• New prizes & streak rewards.

⚔️ Survival PvP Arena Upgrades

• Larger arena, with beautiful architecture (thanks to our amazing builders!).
• Moved leaderboards from the old arena to the new arena.
• The old PvP arena is no longer accessible to players.
• KoTH and Envoys have been moved to the new arena

📟 Auto-Reboot System Upgrades

• The auto-reboot system now sends a message everyone 30-60s leading up to the reboot.
• Once the reboot begins, all players will be kicked to the hub, and the server will begin saving data for ~5 minutes.
• The reboot no longer causes item loss or rollbacks.
• The reboot now takes ~10-15 minutes.
• Some performance enhancements have also been implemented.
• Implemented on all realms.

🐶 Skyblock Battle Pets Changes

• Leviathan Pet: You now deal 0.5% damage per level (previously 0.3%)
• Warden Pet: You now gain 0.2% damage resistance per level (previously 0.4%)
• Fixed all known issues with pets, including issues regarding soulbounds.
• Fixed pet skin placeholder for all pets.

📃 Tablist & Scoreboard Upgrades

• Updated fonts and gradients across all realms' scoreboards.
• Removed inaccurate messages and added animations on all realms.
• Scoreboards and tablists are now more consistent between realms.
• Playercount is always displayed on the scoreboard.

💬 Discord Guild Changes

• Enabled all available Discord community features.
• Updated rules, server information, how to join, and reaction roles embeds.
• Updated all custom server commands.
• Updated role information, and permissions for some roles/channels.
• Updated some features on the MineGlobe bot.

🌎 Network Updates

• A new chat filter has been implemented, so no more inappropriate words will appear in chat (or through commands).
• Disabled the Hub parkour feature, as it was causing some issues.
• Updated all in-game store panels.
• Removed custom leaves texture due to compatibility issues with 1.19.3.
• Zombie spawners no longer spawn chickens.
• Black Auction House gives you your reward, even if you're offline.
• /skip is a command that can be used to skip the tutorial on all realms.
• Disabled the McMMO party feature.
• Fixed all issues regarding custom enchants; however, were are still working on some custom enchants (Rage, Combo V).
• Performance upgrades throughout the network.
• Disabled some commands for muted players.
• New (and improved) anticheat has been implemented on all servers.

🏝️ Skyblock Updates

• Monthly crate has been updated for May.
• Fixed all issues concerning Minions (including where they would disappear after reboots).
• Fixed issues regarding Trench Pickaxes and other custom items.
• Updated buy and sell prices.
• Fixed issues regarding some GUI menus and rewards.
• Updated permissions for all Skyblock donator ranks.
• Fixed issue where /is create panel was not functioning.

🪨 Survival Updates

• Banknotes received from KoTH boxes now work properly.
• Fixed issues regarding Trench Pickaxes and other custom items.
• Fixed issues regarding some GUI menus and rewards.
• Updated permissions for all Survival donator ranks.
• Fixed issues with auto-reboot system.
• Fixed some issues with G-Kits.
• Fixed issues with /store.
