By registering for any MineGlobe services you agree to these terms and conditions. MineGlobe reserves the right to deny or reject any username during or after registration.

-Fail to abide by the MineGlobe rules (accessible at https://mineglobe.org/rules).
-Fail to abide by the Discord ToS (accessible at https://discord.com/terms).
-Fail to abide by the TEBEX ToS (accessible at https://checkout.tebex.io/terms).

7. Changes to Ranks and Server Benefits

We reserve the right to change, with or without notice, any rank price that has been set forth. We also reserve the right to change the contents of a specific rank or the benefits of a certain rank, and you will not be entitled to the old rank benefits if we change it. Rest assured that no rank benefit, or any other item in the store, will be changed without a valid, server-balancing reason. In the case of a server reset, shutdown, or any event that may result in loss of a MineGlobe purchase, MineGlobe is not responsible for the refund of such service; specific purchase transfers may occur at the discretion of MineGlobe and is not the responsibility of MineGlobe to do so.

8. Other Terms

You acknowledge that if any part of this document is found to be invalid or unenforceable in any way, any parts not found to be invalid or unenforceable will be considered fully valid and binding.

Any staff, owners, hosts, advertisers, employees, partners, and all other parties related to this server's staff reserve the right, with the appropriate permissions, to forcibly remove acces from MineGlobe services, permanently or temporarily, with no chance of refund. If you obey the rules (accessible at https://mineglobe.org/rules), no restriction on access to MineGlobe’s services will occur; however, MineGlobe reserves the right to place a restriction on access to MineGlobe’s services not listed in these Terms or the rules (accessible at https://mineglobe.org/rules) given just reason.

9. Payment Issues

In the case of a double charge or issue where a package is not received (or any concern before or after purchase) contact our support team through the official MineGlobe Discord Guild (accessible at https://discord.mineglobe.org/). In the case that a chargeback (through a Bank, PayPal, Credit Card, etc.) occurs after the successful or unsuccessful purchase from the MineGlobe Webstore, the user account that issued the chargeback shall be permanently prohibited from access to MineGlobe services.

10. Refunds and Returns

Payments to MineGlobe is a payment for the virtual items contained in the purchase. This transaction is final and there are no refunds. If you are banned for breaking the rules of the MineGlobe (accessible at https://mineglobe.org/rules), you will not be refunded. Bans are subject to the full discretion of the server staff team and rules can be changed at any time. There is no guarantee on being able to enter the server, and if the server is no longer operated the virtual items are forfeit. Refund requests due to issues concerning lag, game glitches, or any other issues are subject to the discretion of the MineGlobe server management team. All items are virtual and have no value. All packages are non-transferrable, even between accounts owned by the same user.
